Religious Education (RE) is provided for school age children. Each year a theme is selected from the published UUA curriculum. We aim to support the children’s natural curiosity and openness, and explore a wide variety of ideas and beliefs. Classes may include stories from world religions, environmental and social justice projects, lessons to support the 7 principles of Unitarian Universalism, and many more.

The 2017-2018 RE curriculum is Wonderful Welcome. The Wonderful Welcome curriculum engages and challenges leaders and children alike to explore how and why we are willing to welcome others into our lives. We welcome not only strangers, but family, our peers, our neighbors and even entities that are not people such as our animal friends and nature itself. The weekly lessons will be announced along with the Sunday service information in the weekly emails.
